BRISKAL Inventory Control

BRISKAL Inventory Control is the latest addition to BRISKAL's line of accounting software for PC
computer systems. The Inventory Control module if fully integrated with BRISKAL's Accounts Receivable; this tandem can be effectively used in different business situations including
Warehouse Order Desks and Retail Point-of-Sale. As with other BRISKAL Accounting modules, the Inventory Control is supplied in a network ready version which may be used within a PC network
or on a stand alone PC.

BRISKAL Inventory Control Features

- Customer Order Management: record Customer Order as received; fill
  shipments take place; Invoice for shipped goods when desired
- Quotations Management: track Quotations for customer projects; quotes can
  include any number of goods and/or services with specific pricing
  when approved by the customer; quotations can be automatically converted
  into Customer Orders
- Standing Customer Orders: these may carry specific pricing, and can be
  converted into Customer Orders at appropriate time intervals
- Purchase Order Management: requires BRISKAL Accounts Payable
- Serial Number Management: list of serial numbers in stock; for sold items,
  tracks, Date of Sale, Date of Warrenty Expiry, purchasing Customer, etc.
- Stock Receiving and Costing: Supplier, Landed, and Average costs are maintained
  for each item
- Tracking of sales information by individual Sales Representatives
- Very flexible Part Number format; up to three segments may be used; alphabetic, numeric
   and special characters are allowed
- Items can be grouped or classed in Sections as required
- Up to six different Selling Prices may be maintained for each item; selling prices can be
  changed individually as costs change; they may be changed for entire sections at
  one time
- Up to 99 different Warehouse locations may be maintained
- Stock transfers between Warehouses locations may be obtained
- Optional Delivery routes for individual customers
- Optional interface with BRISKAL General Ledger
- One-time software price includes installation support
- Free on-going telephone support
