The BRISKAL Systems Bakery Management package helps small to medium sized bakeries be far more efficient, accurate and cost-effective. The program is extremely capable, yet simple to use. The software is multi-user capable. This means that if you have two or more networked computers, more than one person can be using the bakery management system at the same time.
Simplicity is the key throughout. For example, when entering an order, products can be identified either by simply entering the product's code (you create the codes, so they are meaningful to you), or looking up by the product's code or description or dough-type.
At any time, but mostly at the end of the day, orders are consolidated to produce a bake list for the baker, showing how much of each type of dough needs to be made, and how many of each kind of product needs to be made from the dough type. These lists can be sequenced in any way that makes most sense to the baker.

The software requires a minimum of an IBM-compatible PC with a 386 processor, 1MB RAM, 100mB HD and MS-DOS 5 but will operate much better on newer, faster systems. Windows 95 and 98 are supported but are not necessary.
