The BRISKAL Systems Bakery Management package helps small to medium sized bakeries be far more efficient, accurate and cost-effective. The program is extremely capable, yet simple to use. Extensive on-screen is just one keystroke away. Designed by bakers, not computer people. The program is geared towards getting the job done in the simplest manner possible.

The standard system consists of the following modules:

The software is multi-user capable. This means that if you have two or more networked computers, more than one person can be using the bakery management system at the same time.

Simplicity is the key throughout. For example, when entering an order, products can be identified either by simply entering the product's code (you create the codes, so they are meaningful to you), or looking up by the product's code or description or dough-type.

At any time, but mostly at the end of the day, orders are consolidated to produce a bake list for the baker, showing how much of each type of dough needs to be made, and how many of each kind of product needs to be made from the dough type. These lists can be sequenced in any way that makes most sense to the baker.

Other reports that can be produced from the orders are:

-Pack list, summarizing what product needs to be packed for which customer (sorted optionally by route or delivery category)
-Slicing sheet
-Delivery sheets by route showing what (if any) money needs to be collected from COD customers.

 A typical day's usage would be:

During the course of the day

-Enter the customer orders
-Post customer payments
-Review customer accounts
-Review or change order/invoice/account details

At the end of the day

-Finalize customer orders
-Print Bake list
-Print Packing list
-Print Slicing list
-Print driver's delivery sheet
-Print invoices

The program can be configured in many different ways to suit the way you want to run your bakery. It will readily adapt to virtually any style of baking or production.

Hardware Required:

The software requires a minimum of an IBM-compatible PC with a 386 processor, 1MB RAM, 100mB HD and MS-DOS 5 but will operate much better on newer, faster systems. Windows 95 and 98 are supported but are not necessary.
